Web Part Problem in SharePoint v2.0

I am running a windows 2003 server with sharepoint v2.0. I upload a web part from microsoft's web part gallery located at

http://www.microsoft.com/sharepoint/server/downloads/webparts/introduction.asp

which is a .dwp file. When I design a page and try to drag the new web part on my site, it comes up with an error.

I know that you need sharepoint portal server to properly run these web parts because it has the digital dashboard. I know that sharepoint services v2.0 has some sort of digital dashboard or do you have to install some other kind of component? Thanks in advance.
