web part and Policy file

Hi everybody,

I have web part that calls a Web Service.
When i use the wss_minimaltrust.config as a policy file I Get EnvironmentPermission Error, if I use wss_mediumtrust.config I get WebPermission Error, And If i do my own policy file I get the following.
Web Part Error: A Web Part or Web Form Control on this Web Part Page cannot be displayed or imported because it is not registered on this site as safe.

I don use StrongName.
