Web parameters with special characers

Hi all,

I'm currently working with forms6i and oracle 8.1.7.4.. Discovered an error when calling up a report on the web.

Error: The requestd URL was not found, or cannot be served at this time.

http://raspb:22005/dev60cgi/rwcgi60...f+paramform=html+destype=cache+desformat=HTML

I think there is a problem with the generation with the URL as it shouldn't have all those %3D characters. If I change them to the below, then the report does run.

http://raspb:22005/dev60cgi/rwcgi60...f+paramform=html+destype=cache+desformat=HTML

I knwo this might have to do with the hexadecimal values for this reserved xters e.g
& :26
+:2B
=: 3D

Please does anyone know if theres a way around this
