We have some NT clients that spool certain web pages, but they never print. I found what the solution is but i need to know if i can fix it or if it is a setting in the HTML. Here is the issue... if you go to a web page and go to file and print you will see a selection for printing frames. Some web pages allow you to change the setting here. if you leave the default (only the selected frame) then the web page spools, but never prints. I got the page to print when i selected "AS LAID OUT ON SCREEN" but no other setting would work. Is there a way to force these pages to the setting that i know works?
