Web pages cannot displayed

i have a IIS on my work office but it's a problem.
sometimes my web pages cannot be displayed. for solving a problem, i restart

http://www services,

then web pages can displayed. this problem occur 5 times in a day.
i use windows server 2003 for IIS. how to solve this problem please help !!!!!

Hi Guys

I've got a similar problem. One of my workstations can access a page on my webserver. But the other workstation cannot it comes up with a page cannot be displayed.
Both workstations are similar in configuration (Win xp) what do I need to check.
I can also access the page from the webserver.
