Web Manager

We have a IP500V2 running V11 and for some reason when we try t access the Web manager we just get scrolling circle and do nt get the logon page, Have tried using different browsers but still not working. Is there something in IP Office that i need to switch on, is it worth formatting the SD card and trying again?

Upload system files should be enough. Don't forget to backup.

You may have to lower the security settings to a lower setting.

The new releases are set higher and this usually stops the connection.

So go to security settings.
Services..web control and set to secure low.
