We have noticed that on all Essential edition 500v2 systems on 12 and now 12.1 we are unable to access Auto Attendants from web manager. Would anyone else be able to confirm this issue does or does not exist on 12 or 12.1 500v2 systems . Avaya support has been unable to replicate it but I have tried multiple systems upgraded from 3 different pcs and all have the same result.
