We've had our webmail section of exchange up and running, its recently gone bad. Biggest problem is its inconsistant with what takes place. In some instances it works just fine, in others it seems to authenticate, the starting graphics are passed to the client browser, but it pauses at 'loading...' for the data and hangs there.

We were also wondering if down the road we need to contact microsoft, how in the heck do we find our product id, now that its been installed? The about just gives us information from our management app, and there's nothing in the add-remove section of control pannel that might hint at it.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts

I don't think your product id is going to matter since you will be paying for the support. They never asked me for a product id for win2k server or exchange server when I paid for support.
