Web Mail access Question (VersaMail) ??

Hi everyone-
We just deployed Exch 2003. One server (back end), no front end server, per se.

I have a user trying to connect w/ VersaMail on his new Treo 650. Our setup is not very complex either... I have setup his VersaMail to point to:

mailserver.domainname.com

User: Jdoe
Password: Password

When I click the "test connection" button, it says it is successful...

However, when I hit the "Sync" button I get an error message: "(0006) HTTP/1.1500" internal server error message....

Can anyone help me here???

you can also use pop3 to download e-mail

Ok, that's what I thought... BUT, (I'm new at this, please forgive my stupidity)... I know our default server address is webmail.domainname.com/exchange. Is there a default pop3 server address 'out of the box' w/ Exchange 2003??? would it be pop3.domainname.com ???
