Web log files

I am trying to point to a web logs directory provided by one of our ISP's but when I try to look at the fields it can not see anything and the files are not emty.

when going into crystal there is a web/iis logs option as a datasource. You then point to a directory for it to pick-up the directory where the log are. IIS names these logs with date stamps so a web reporter can break it internally. Web trends has no problem doing it I was told that Crystal can do it too but It is not working.
