Hi everyone,
I have a number of databases that can be opened via a webpage link on our intranet. When you click the link you receive a "Would you like to open/save this file" dialog box and if you click open the database opens with no problems. Recently one of the databases requested a password to open it except I never set this up (I placed another post about this but couldnt' solve the problem). The password request even happens if you try to open the db normally outside of the web page. I thought it was a one off but another DB linked to the webpage has done the same thing. Does anyone have any theories on why this is happening and how I can extract the objects out of the corrupted databases in to a new one. It is impossible to crack the db password before anyone suggests. Any cracker just tells me the password is ??????????? which doesn't work.

thanks for any help,

GPM
