Web layout looks different

I got my database form looking just right, then put it on our internal website, and the fonts size is smaller. I have my browser set to largest size. Where I have value lists with checkboxes, the type is even smaller than the rest, and it's in bold. Is there someplace I can control these settings? Thanks,
