Hi,
I am having difficulty installing the 'Device Storage Manager' plug-in for Web Jetadmin. I have downloaded and installed the latest version of Web Jetadmin from the HP site. The feature I really want to use, however, is the Device Storage Manager.
I have tried installing it using the HTTP feature in Web Jetadmin. The plug-in appears in the 'Available Updates' box. I select it and click on the 'Install' button. After a short while I get to the 'Install Results' screen where I am advised 'No Packages Installed'.
I have also tried downloading the relevant .fpm file from HP's website. When I upload the file to Web Jetadmin I get told that 'No new features in uploaded file. If it is a language pack, go to "Languages".'
As you can imagine this is extremely frustrating and any help would much appreciated. I have recently uninstalled Web Jetadmin and reinstalled it, leaving all settings as default and have tried installing the plug-in still to no avail!
