Web jetadmin problems

I am having problems with Webjet admin not enforcing the settings on printers - LAserjet 5100 and colour laserjet 8550. It will apply them once and you can see the settings there, i add a change to the LCD display to help see the implementation of the change. But i come in the next morning and its no longer there. I set a refresh period on the settings so that it would apply every hour but it doesn't seem to take. Any thoughts

What operating system are you running? Have you rebooted the computer or restarted the jetadmin service?

Have you tried installing web jetadmin on another computer and trying it that way?

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.

I am running it on server 2003 i will try starting and stopping the jetadmin service and post back
