i have a user that is testing our soon to be live PS4 WI environment. she is getting a prompt that reads "the java environment (1.3.1-02) is unsuitable for running this client. please upgrade to j2se1.4 or later environment". i have a screenshot of this error where i got it at one time while testing some things out, but didn't make notes of what i might have done to resolve it. can anyone help? i did check the WI server and we seem to the have the correct ICAWEB files where they should be and our client connection is set to Auto update the web client and fallback to the java. what am i missing?
