Web interface for user creation

Hi,

We are looking for a sollution that makes it possible to create AD users through a web interface which creates users in a default way,

It should be possible to define several templates and let the helpdesk fill in the department of the new user, which makes the user member of specific groups.

Is there some kind of software for this ?

I don't want to build it manually and look for a complete sollution

Off-Topic: Have you given any idea to the security holes you create by adding this IIS-based capability to your environment? Have you factored in the ease of use of scripts that allow change control and change management (i.e., documentation)?
