Web Interface Delays

Hi,

I'm having reports of delays when users are typing into any application when they are remoted in via Citrix Secure Gateway and Web Interface. I've experienced this issue myself. Both mouse clicks and keyboard entries will sometimes show up 5-10 seconds later.

Does anyone have recommendations on how to troubleshoot this issue?

This is usually network issues, The client buffers keystrokes until it can commit them to the server. In this way, a client would see bursts of typing appear on the screen.

If not network issues, what kind of CPU load is the server they are connecting to. Are they writing to network files, etc.

Then after this I would start looking for disk issues or otehr hardware issues.

A simple "Ping -t serveraddress" would highlight problems.
If this is via a firewall, can the firewall cope with the number of sessions you have in play?
