Web Install issues - access denied

Has anyone out there have an install like this:

a NT 4.0 PDC server with your data and application

a second NT 4.0 server with IIS 4 and Crystal Web Server

I'm trying to access data on the first server, with the report on the second server, and continue to get an access denied error.

I'm wondering if anyone has been able to do this...
