Web hosting rec. -- Tips needed???

Hi all,

I have to look for a web hosting to put my site online ):. These are my spec.

Storage MB 50 - 100
Traffic GB/month 3 GB (min)
IIS Yes
VB Script Yes
JavaScript Yes
ASP Yes
SSL Encryption Yes
Web-based Email Access Yes
Database MS Access (for now)
****

Are there any things that I need to ask/request from the host? Any experiences that you have may help me on this will be really appriciated.

The prices are phenomenol compared to what most servers and web hosts are charging these days.
