Web hosting Problem

I am currently hosting several sits on one IIS server. they are all accessible over the intranet and internet except one. I have checked everything imaginable from DNS to security settings for that site. If anyone has any suggestions please advise. I am desparate.

Are you sure you've set the host header name for that site ?

Also, try to remove the host header name, run the site on another port, and try to access it using

http://ip_address:port_number
