hi all
Can anyone recommend a web graphic designer, what I want to do is to create my own animations e.g. a dog running around in a circle?

Do I have to get someone to draw it first and then scan it in and then edit it????

I would also like to create something similar to

is there any product (not to expensive) that you guys can recommend??

You can first do a search online like google.com for an animation like that...
But I would think someone would "draw" a dog and have him run around in circles... I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...

The springfair site was created using flash, which is probably the best software for animating however it is expensive. If you just want to create small animations that loop then a good program to use would be Ulead Gif Animator. This program is used to create moving GIF images, however, unlike flash the images have to be created outside the program, e.g by hand and then scanned in.

If you want to create the intro that is on the springfair site (the flower anime) then you could create it really easily with 'Swift'; You can get an early version of this program for free I think!

Hope this helps!
