My developer has created a web form that the user fills out and then submits. He has that form setup to send an email when they hit submit to a public folder on our exchange. The emails were flowing fine until last Monday when we started seeing these errors:
"This is an SMTP protocol log for virtual server ID 1, connection #7180. The client at "192.168.20.28" sent a "starttls" command, and the SMTP server responded with "554 5.7.3 Unable to initialize security subsystem ". The full command sent was "starttls". This will probably cause the connection to fail."
Anyone have any ideas how to fix this quick so it does not happen again?
Thank you
