Web flash player

Hi
I like to develop web site with flash videos


Please tell me some free web flash player (but without the logo of the company what developed the player),or some other way how I can implement this?


I have installed Macromedia FlashMX 2004( I do not know which edition ,if has edition),Flash 8( I think profesional,but I am not sure) and Dreamweaver 8.

Please tell me some totorilal where is described making web flash player

I like users to have choise for choosing full screen ,audio volume etc.This is most important for me.
