Web Desktop Manager - Problems logging in

Hello,
I've seen several threads regarding this problem but none that describe the problem I am getting exactly.

We're piloting the Web Desktop Manager (1.0) amongst 7 of us here, 5 can log in fine but myself and another user cannot "The Internet ID or Password is not correct. Please re-enter."

I can confirm 100% that my username and password is correct (I can access a database via a browser on the Domino server hosting the BES using the same credentials).

We're running BES on Domino 8.0.1

Has anyone else experienced this or, even better, have a suggested resolution?

FYI - Had a chat with a very nice man from RIM Canada and we came to the conclusion that removing and re-adding to the BES was the only fix...

...Tsk!
