Hello,

I have intranet (40 computers) behind NAT which is provided by PROXY. I would like to have a Web Content Filter between intranet and Proxy.

What could be appropriate Linux Distribution and which tools should I consider as good solution?

Thank you very much!

Stefan

Of course, but I have Lan Suite as Proxy and I don't want to replace it. I would like to have one device [linux] where could I learn more about networking - that's the point why I need it ;)

<looking confused>So you want another proxy between your LAN and your current proxy?</looking confused>

There is no better way to learn than getting knee deep stuck in the mud. Setup another linux box with the same IP as your current proxy then swap the network cable over when you want to test it out. That way you don't have to reconfigure your clients and if anything goes bad just swap it back.
