I am looking for help in find a devices that can do web content and antivirus/antispyware filtering.

Does anyone out there have any advice on which is a good/best device to go for?

The term "good/best" can only be defined in terms of your environment: the number of users to protect, your budget, whom you are protecting from what, etc.
