Web connector TCP keepalive?

Can the web connector for IIS be configured to periodically retry and keep alive its TCP connection to the separate CE server?

Our firewall closes all connections periodically. The next report request generates a connection error.

I'm using Crystal Enterprise 10. I'm looking for the same solution. Have anyone found a solution to this issue?
