Web Conferece on ATI All-in-Wonder 7500 on WIN 2K

I have a Radeon 7500, All-In-Wonder on my PC with Windows 2000. I want to use the analog port for video conferencing from my SONY DSC-F707 digital camera. When I bring up ATI TV and select the composite port, no problem, great view. But Yahoo Messinger and NetMeeting neither can find the port/camera. Any one with similar problems?

Have written ATI and Yahoo, no answers. Have tried everything listed on MS, Yahoo, and ATI sites to no avail.
