Web Component Server Java Viewer

I'm running a WCS 8.0 install on IIS6, and I can't get the java viewer to work. The ActiveX report viewer and HTML (framed or unframed) viewer work perfectly. Any time I try to run a report using the java viewer (by adding "?init=java" to the end of the URL, for example), the report viewer opens up but is blank, and simply states "Failed to connect to server" at the bottom of the window.

I recall seeing some info about this problem, but I can't find it now. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
