I am having a big problem with Office 2003. If I have the proxy server enabled in the users settings, the clip art in Office 2003 only searches local clip art, and not that from the Microsoft Web Colleciton.
If I disable the proxy settings, it works a treat.
I tried setting the proxy to allow unauthenticated users through and that solves the problem. However, this changes the way our proxy logs it's data, and all user internet activity is shown as anonymous. We are a school, and I must have a users username logged against any traffic they generate.
Does anyone have any ideas?
