Web Client

Hi Folks!

I am running Metaframe xps with FR3(SP4) on a Win2k advance server with SP4. My users connect to the published APPs via the web client without any difficulties and access files and print without any problem. The problem that I am facing is that after 25 to 30 minutes after they have login into the web client they get log off eventhought, their open applications are still open and working fine. How can I stop citrix from log off my users from the web client window.

Now if you have all the settings for the connections set so that they shouldn't disconnect, then, and I only found this one a wee while ago, check offline caching. If that is switched on it will behave in the way you describe. You have to log on to a desktop as each user and switch it off.
