We run web symposium at our call centre, recently its been running quite slow and losing connection with the real time displays. Also freezing when trying to change partitions.
Anyone experiencing these problems, if so appreciate any solutions!

SUS0602 is the latest patch level (SU_06, SUS_0601 & SUS_0602)
Ask your vendor to update the server in the first place.

Would this cause Real time displays to lose connection? We use multicasting and unicasting to display them. Its very intermittent and works better on some PCs than others.

that sounds like a network issue more than anything. Are there differences between the OS's used?

We run windows XP on all PC's. Do you know of any software that can monitor unicasting across the network. It causes most problems at one site that uses only unicasting.
