Web Client Speed Controls Not Working

The speed controls in the web client aren't working. I'm unable to speed up or slow down a message. The volume is working. Has anyone come across this issue? Any resolution?

Are you using the phone or the PC speakers? I will try it on one of our systems.

We have the PC option turned off for HIPAA reasons so everyone is forced to use the phone.

And does the LVP player comeup when you are playing the message?

The Telephone Control window opens within the web client interface once MM has connected to my phone. The controls seem to be working fine (stop, pause, forward 5 secs, backward 5 secs, etc) but the speed does not.
