Web Client installation error

Hello I am trying to install the latest Citrix client (ver 10)via and automated ica32web.msi install. When I connect via my browser the program launchs but then haults with the follwing error "error 1309" error reading from file C:\documents and settings\admin\local setings......... verify that file exists and that you can access it.

I have local admin access on my workstation....any ideas?

did you verify that the file downloaded correctly and if so can you run it manually

Try installing the Client locally on the Server first. If you still have problems then it might be a corrupt profile. Then just create an account with admin rights or log in with one with domain admin right and re-name the Admin profile.
