Web Client: Error when ouputting report to file

Hello,

I'm using the SCCS Web Client (we just got it in September) and get the following error when scheduling a report to output to a file:

Error code = -2147206462
Error Description: Dos error.

I can schedule print jobs just fine, but when I try to output to a file I get an error. I'm using a valid network path and I can access that share if I log into the Web Client Server as the local administrator, I just can't get reports to save there. When I use the SCCS fat client to schedule reports to output to a file I have no problems. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks for your help,

I can't recall if it was ever resolved, I only know that I haven't heard any complaints. I'll look into it again and post the results here. We do most of our Symposium reporting out of Crystal and SQL now anyway.

I scheduled some reports today and they all ran and were saved in a shared directory on one of our desktops. I can't remember the problem we were having when I posted the original message, but everything works fine now.
