In Web Client 4.5, one of my call center supervisors cannot see our Symposium server when she logs in on her PC (Win XP). She sees "Error: No servers have been configured." She can do real time reporting, historical reporting, and all kinds of other stuff, but can't see the Symposium server. When I log in with her credentials on my PC (also XP), I have no problem. She is in the Administrator group on her machine, as I am. Neither of us are in the Power User group...figure Administrator would trump that. Settings in trusted sites all seem to be correct.

This has always gotten this error; it didn't just start. She figured it was a Symposium user permissions issue, which it is not. Any ideas? Thanks...

is her Internet Explorer configured properly?
Trusted sites, about:blank, active x controls, etc

Yes, all the Active X custom level settings in trusted sites seem to be correct.
