Can anyone give me a ballpark cost to implement the web client server and software. We'd like to get away from the fat clients. thanks in advance.

web client is free, customer provide the server.

web client is free with sccs 4.2/5.0 (EOL/MD - no longer orderable)

CCMA=webclient is free with CCMS=sccs

Thanks for the info. No cost is a good thing. Has anyone tried using a virtual server for this application? We are running virtualization software called Virtuozzo.

What I have found is that you need to adhere to the Nortel Specifications. If not it causes an ungodly amount of trouble and they will just tell you to call back when the server is configured correctly.
