Web Client Configuration issue

I've just finished installing the SWC (4.5 with SU03 on Server 2K3), after logging in, I click on the "Configuration" link to setup the web client. Once I click on it, my web browser locks up, and the only way to get out of it is to "end task". While doing some troubleshooting, I noticed that in the Event Viewer on the server, I get the following Information error with VBRuntime as the source at the time I clicked on the link:

"The VB Application identified by the event source logged this Application MSSystem_IO_COM_Client: Thread ID: 3600 ,Logged: Error number: 2; From mssystem_io_com:RegistryReader:RegGetString: Thread 3600; Desc: Can't open Registry Key SOFTWARE\Nortel\WClient\LDAPAccess"

I noticed that I don't have that key in my registry. Can someone take a look at their system and see if they have that entry and what the value for it is.

The one that I just installed is on SU05 and it doesn't have that registry key. I would recommend downloading a copy of the client on SU05 and see if it will work. I just did this one a couple of weeks ago and had no issues with the software other than some moron changing the computer name and screwing up the SOAP files.

atascoman is right. SU03 is too low for your setup (Server 2K3). Go to SU05.

I loaded SU05, then Su06, all works fine now.
