Web Client 4.5: No Access to Reports

Web Client 4.5 / SCCS 5.0 installed on customer site. Everything is fine on the server. There is one PC having problems with displaying reports (From the main menue historical reports can be selected but as soon as the user clicks on the server NGEN nothing happens). Checked the entrys for trusted sites and the active x options in IE 6.0. Everything is ok. Reinstallatation of soap. Same symptom. On a different PC with the same login reports can be opened. It seems to be a problem on the client machine! any idea????
 
Try checking java level on the PC having a problem, it may be too new of a release; or you may be having a name resolution issue; double check WINS on the PC that is having a problem.
