I have a Web Client 4.5 with SU03, when you go to Real-Time Reporting/Private Displays/Standard agent display/columns and add the field DN Out Num, unless the call is going out a PRI only the Route Access code is shown in the display? The outgoing PRI call displays correctly in the field, DTI and copper do not. Any ideas?
