Web Client 4.2 Not Ready Reason RTD 1

I just setup Symposium Web Client 4.2 and everything seems good except I built a private Agent display and added the Not Ready Reason collumn, but it doesn't display any data.

I've been trying some of codes and no go, Any ideas?

Make sure that under configuration that you have given your Activity / Not Ready ready code display names. Display Names are different from the actual name for the code. Also display names can only be programmed under the configuration section of the webclient and cannot be programmed in the regular client.

No else I asked had any idea.
