Web client 4.0 to 4.5 upgrade

It does not require re-installation of the O/S. It is more involved than just a pep, but the upgrade procedure will cover the Web Client software, Sybase, plus some driver updates. The Agent Desktop Displays will need to be updated, and the security/lock-down options are greatly expanded, so I suggest you review the documentation completely ahead of time and make whatever decisions you feel are appropriate in that regard.
