Web-chat "check-session" request

Hi all,
We are testing the check-session endpoint from this guide: https://guide.ximasoftware.com/docs/...king-a-session
Every time the response from the cloud API is 204 No content, but we are sure that we have active sessions.
Can someone try to get "ChatSession object" response instead of "204 No content"?
We are trying with Postman, Apidog and our actual application, but every time the response is 204.
