Right I don't know if this is the right forum to post this but here we go.
A friend has got a webcam system, where they start of with a static picture and when clicked opens a new window with the live webcam displaying. this works fine in netscape and ie on a mac, but fails in ie 5 on a pc. the link is that the new windows is displaying is correct, it is just not showing the webcam. I don't really know the inner workings of how this was setup, just really looking for somethings that I can suggest to get it to work. anyone got any ideas ?
