I need to get to a website. When I enter this website into our browser which has our proxy settings in the LAN Settings of the Internet options, it does not work. When I remove the tick by the Proxy Server so that we no longer use the proxy server, it works.

Again, I thought let me put this web address in the exception list and then put the tick back on the proxy server, it still will not work.

How can I resolve this?

I'd ask your network admin how he has the server set up.
