Web Browser Report Viewer

We still develop Crystal Reports in version 7.0

We have a few reports on our web site and when they are called up, the Crystal Active X viewer opens to display the report.

Some of our customers are unable to open the reports, presumably, the Active X viewer is not compatible with their browser.

Are there other viewers we can use? How does one go about deploying the other viewers?

You might upload the report as a pdf instead of using the crystal viewer. I have quite a few reports that the user views in a pdf format because the crystal viewer and asp have problems (and I'm using CR XI and CR 10).
