Anybody know of any web based telnet applications? Like I have 5 routers and would like to pull up a web page that serves telnet applets to them?

Webmin has one that you might adapt. Googling for "telnet applet" pulled up a few, but I didn't try them.

You could also create a page with "telnet://host" links to launch your local telnet app.

Yeah I was trying to get something for my Cisco Devices. Would like to http to my server and access the devices through a telnet/ssh session via command line. I saw what webmin has but not exacly what Im looking for.

Excuse the question but why are you trying to find a web based telnet/ssh client and not using telnet or ssh directly?

Because I would like to be able to give users access from my website to device on my network. I want to make it fairly easy. Being able to do it through a web gui would be cool.

Hmmmm.... I think QatQat (and I) was thinking about security related exposures that using public telnet traffic would expose for your "network devices".

Typically, "make it fairly easy", "telnet" and "network devices" are a security risk when combined. I don't know your specifics, but I suspect you've considered the risks of being snooped for login credentials... keeping in mind that many users leave their browsers' form auto-completed engine enabled as well.

A pawn shop sign listed "Gold - Diamonds - Guns". I can't quite put my finger on it but there is something inherently wrong about these wouldn't you say?

I suppose you could write your own one in PHP using shell_exec, it allows to run commands and display the output, not very interactive but it is a start and probably some PHP guru here can also help you tune it better and meke it more efficient.

Otherwise the other option is, as lgarner recommended, webmin's shell emulator.
