Hello,
I'm having difficulty accessing the web based management tool on a lot of my handsets. We do not have a DHCP server so set the IP's manually into the handsets.
I can ping all handsets that I have tested but unable to access the web-based management tool on a large number of them.
For example I can access the tool on handset 5001 ( and 5244 ( without problems but not handsets 5015 ( 5016 ( 5043 ( 5044 ( etc..
The handsets that I can't access are plugged in and working, I'm at a loss!
I thought it might be handsets connected to a specific switch but there seems to be no pattern.
It is causing me issues setting up new 410 entry handsets. Does any body know where to start?
