Hi Everyone,

I would like our Technical team to create Knowledge Documents via a web interface that can be searched using SPS. On top of that I would like these documents to reached a published phase where our customers can peruse these documents to find solutions to issues they may be experiencing.

Has anyone done this before with SPS? Would this required the use of Infopath? Any information would be appreciated.
