I am a new crystal reports user. Here where I work they have TEST and Production Environments. I am able to access it through the web and I am able to open the reports in the browser using Crystal Viewer but I dont know how to move these reports to my computer so that I can modify them.

The database is Oracle and I do not have it installed on my computer nor TOAD. I am also NOT able to see the folders in the test in my network drives.

It is critical for me to change these reports and put them in Production ASAP.

Please help!

YOu need to have Crystal Reports installed on your PC too.

If report are on Crystal Enterprise you can open directly from Crystal.

File -> Open in bottome left click on Enterprise icon. You will then need relevant login info to find report.

Hi,
In order to access Oracle data from your PC ( not from the enterprise copy of CR) you will need an Oracle Client set up on the PC.
